Special Instructions for Search Marketing Publishers

1. Affiliates are not allowed to bid on iMyfone trademarks and brands, iMyfone brand plus, as well as misspellings and variations of the iMyfone brands. All other bidding is allowed. Affiliates shall not pass themselves off as official iMyfone site. Please Do Not use "™", "®", "©" or "official" in the advertisements if you link to your own URL.

2. Affiliates are not allowed to redistribute iMyfone Products in any way without a written permission from iMyfone.

3. Affiliates are not allowed to submit our products to other websites by changing the product name.

4. Affiliates are not allowed to sell any of iMyfone products on online stores or sites related to auction, such as: eBay, Amazon, etc.

5. Affiliates are not allowed to sell any of our discontinued products; any liabilities result from this will be the sole responsibility of the associate affiliates.

6. Affiliates must not exaggerate the functionalities of our products neither in their promotion nor on their own sites.

7. Affiliates may not use downloadable toolbars, adware, spyware, forced click (cookie stuffing) or any other malicious strategies to earn unfair commission payouts.

Domain Name and Site Content Rules:

1. Affiliates are not allowed to use the following protected keywords as part of their domain name, including but not limited to: iMyfone, Myfone, iMyfoneware etc.

2. Enrolled affiliates are not allowed to imitate or copy any kind of content, form or style from official iMyfone webpage. Adjustments shall be made within 48 hours after iMyfone contacts the affiliate with such violation. iMyfone Technology Co., Ltd. reserves the right to void affiliate's commission or even suspend the affiliate's partnership in the program if affiliates don't do any adjustments or don't reply to such notice.

Coupon Rules:

Affiliates are not allowed to offer additional coupons, bonuses or incentives to the customer. Any discount promotion of our products by affiliates should be authorized by iMyfone Technology Co., Ltd. Commission for Coupon sites are assessed on an individual basis. Any discount promotion plan should be no more than 50% OFF.

iMyfone reserves the right to remove any affiliate and/or withhold commission payouts at their own discretion based on affiliate behavior and compliance with our terms of service. All rights are reserved by iMyfone Technology Co., Ltd.
