The Affiliate Program Operating Agreement executed by and between the Parties replaces and supersedes this Admitad system Master Campaign Agreement, along with any exhibits, appendices, addendums, schedules and amendments hereto, in its entirety. The Affiliate Program Operating Agreement, together with the Electronic Insertion Order (EIO) constitutes the entire agreement of the Parties, and supersedes all previous understandings and agreements between the parties, whether oral or written.

Violation of these terms may result in reversal of commissions, commissions being set to zero and, in some cases, removal from the program altogether.
