Publishers are not allowed to bid on branded/trademarked terms, derivatives of branded/trademarked terms, broad-match based on branded/trademarked terms, the branded/trademarked terms of competitors.
For the negative keywords list, we would want to include phrases that have any variation of Skip Hop: Skip Hop, SkipHop, skiphop, skiphop.com, skip hop coupon, skip hop discount, skip hop promo, skip hop offer, skip hop code, etc.

Publishers are not allowed to link directly to the site from a Paid Search ad.

Publishers are not allowed to use the brand name in Display URL (the URL displayed in a search ad that tells the consumer where they will go after clicking the ad) or Title and Ad Copy (elements of a search ad used to promote keywords that were returned by the consumer’s search).

You may not, without our prior written consent, utilize any promotion, promotion code, coupon, or other promotional opportunity that is not specifically authorized for Skip Hop's Affiliate Program and explicitly authorized for your use. Any order where a promotional code or coupon code not found within the Skip Hop's Affiliate Program is used, is subject for reversal.

If it is determined that the Publisher traffic is in violation of any of the terms, any future commissions and current open orders from the Publisher will be rejected.
