We expressly wish to point out that the use of our protected brand name “eDarling" or “EliteSingles” as well as any and all associated typos and misspellings as a keyword in a SEM campaigns is forbidden. Furthermore, “eDarling” and “EliteSingles” forbid the use of the Display-URLs www.edarling.pl, www.edarling.es and www.elitesingles.co.uk as well as the protected brand name in SEM ads.

Violators will be excluded from our affiliate program and any outstanding commission owed will be cancelled. We also reserve the right to recover any commission already paid to those who have breached these guidelines.

It is not allowed to use the brand name of any of our competitors as a search term.

Approval of creatives

Facebook ads need to be approved by the Advertiser.

Tracking links, subject lines and sender of a mailing have to be approved by Advertiser.


The sender of the e-mailing must not be eDarling/EliteSingles. The recipient has to be aware that the sender is a third party. This can be made clear as follows: eDarling via Publisher or EliteSingles by Publisher.

It is only allowed to use the tracking links provided by the Network.
